| １． | May 1969, launch as a vibration/acoustic measuring instruments special sales company. |
| ２． | 1970, start a consultant on vibration pollution and noise measurement at the request of the industry. |
| ３． | 1977, Build a factory in Sagamihara city and start production of own products based on the technical research and experience. (The factory is marged to second factory on 1997.) |
| ４． | 1983, Build a second factroy in Sagamiko town and start production of the vibration monitor system for LNG tank equipments.This factory is the current production base. |
